This course is designed for individuals who have already implemented their Amcom system and have a foundational understanding of both Smart Center and Smart Console. This course will cover creating reports using data from the Amcom and Amcom Archive databases (Oracle). Upon completion of the course you will be able to locate and present data, create groups to summarize report data, build formulas, parameters and format reports. Customize reports by adding and modifying elements of a report Distribute reports to other users.
